The All Ceylon Bakery Owners' Association has decided to increase the price of a 450-gram loaf of bread by Rs. 10 from midnight today.
Association President N.K. Jayawardena said at a press conference today that the increase in the price of wheat flour by Rs. 17 was the reason for the decision.
Accordingly, the price of a 450-gram loaf of bread will increase by Rs. 10 from midnight today.
