Vietnamese company VinSpace has signed an agreement with US-based SpaceX to launch its first satellites into orbit.
Under the agreement, the satellites are scheduled to be launched in the second quarter of 2027 through a Transporter Rideshare mission operated by SpaceX using a Falcon 9 rocket.
VinSpace will be responsible for the research, development, manufacturing and assembly of the satellites, as well as their overall operations after they are placed in orbit.
Through the first mission planned for 2027, VinSpace aims to test its independently developed technologies in space and establish a foundation for future commercial space activities.
