The Chinese government has allocated 200 million yuan for development and reconstruction work in Zhejiang Province, which was severely affected by Typhoon Dolphin.
According to foreign media reports, the funds will be used to rebuild public service facilities, including roads, schools and hospitals, that were damaged by the storm.
Meanwhile, Chinese weather authorities have forecast further torrential rainfall in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan and Hubei provinces due to the impact of Typhoon Dolphin.
