The Colombo High Court has ordered that the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former Minister of the current government Kumar Jayakody over an alleged corruption offence be taken up on November 3 for further evidence.
The case was taken up today (5) before Colombo High Court Judge Rasantha Godawela.
Evidence was recorded during today’s proceedings, and the court ordered that further evidence recording be postponed until November 3, according to the court correspondent.
