The Court of Appeal today (16) announced that it will deliver its decision on July 23 on whether to grant leave to proceed with a petition filed by a group of students seeking an order to postpone the upcoming G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

The decision was made after the Court considered submissions presented by the petitioners and the Attorney General when the petition was taken up for hearing today.
