Police have commenced an investigation after a 22-year-old man drowned in Medilla Wewa in the Naula Police Division on the evening of August 18, 2026.
The deceased was a resident of the Galewela area, police said.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that the man had gone to the tank to bathe when he drowned.
Further investigations into the incident are being conducted by the Naula Police.
